The biggest wake up call ever.

When Susan Boyle walked up the Britain's Got Talent stage,everybody laughed at her and thought she was just another crazy woman trying to sing. They rolled their eyes at her and made funny faces when she said she wanted to be as great as Elaine Paige. They were all against her!

But when she started singing,she proved all of them wrong. What the hell! She OWNED them! And also,as soon as she started singing they all,but ALL loved her!

That is the best example of how we all judge a person by their looks,not by what they have inside. We are all like that. And it's just sad.

Watching Susan Boyle's audition for the first time in 2009,exactly on my birthday,I started judging her as well. But she owned me as well. Since then I swore I would never judge anybody else by just the way they look. And I managed to keep my promise ever since.

I can only wish I'd have the chance to meet her one day,because she is just an amazing,confident and strong person.

"Modern society is too quick to judge people on their appearances. [...] There is not much you can do about it; it is the way they think; it is the way they are. But maybe this could teach them a lesson, or set an example."
